3. AI Services & Data Processing
Our Service uses third-party artificial intelligence (AI) services to power features like the Acting Coach, Scene Generator, Script Formatter, and Scene Partner. When you use these features:
- What is sent: Script text, scene dialogue, and your performance context are sent to our AI providers to generate feedback, scenes, or formatted scripts. Your video recordings are never sent to AI providers.
- Providers: We use Anthropic (Claude) as our primary AI provider and OpenAI as a backup. We also use ElevenLabs for text-to-speech voice synthesis.
- Data retention by AI providers: Our AI providers process data via their commercial APIs. Per their API terms, input data is not used to train their models and is not retained beyond the request lifecycle. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy and OpenAI's API Data Policy.
- Audio transcription: If you use voice features, audio may be transcribed using OpenAI's Whisper service. Audio data is processed in real-time and not stored by the provider.
